Data we collect

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and your password (stored in encrypted form)
• Order details: products bought, amounts, delivery status and order history
• Payment details: payment method and status. Card numbers are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never stored by us
• Messages you send us through the contact form, email, phone or LINE
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to run and protect the website

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds (performing our contract with you)
• To manage your account and answer your questions
• To keep accounting and tax records required by law
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests)
• To send news and offers, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties that help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:

• Payment providers, to process your payment
• Delivery companies, to deliver your order
• Hosting, email and IT service providers that operate the website for us
• Government authorities, where the law requires it

Data stored outside Thailand

Our website runs on cloud servers in Singapore. When data is stored or processed outside Thailand, we use providers that offer data protection standards and safeguards consistent with the PDPA.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the website to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for at least 5 years, as required by Thai accounting and tax law. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access and get a copy of your personal data
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your data
• Object to or restrict how we use your data
• Receive your data in a usable format or have it sent to another organisation
• Withdraw consent you have given, such as for marketing
• Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

Children

Our shop is intended for people aged 20 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, access controls and secure storage. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
