1. Your account

You must be at least 20 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account and place orders. Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from the pictures, and manufacturers may update packaging. Products are available while stock lasts.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Thai baht and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that are already paid.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Orders on this website are for personal and household use. For wholesale or business orders, please contact our sales team.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Thailand. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, promotions, or for reasons outside our control. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Content and trademarks

Text, photos and design on this website belong to GPWC or are used with permission. Dilmah and 1883 Maison Routin are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

When using the website, you must not:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• Try to access accounts or systems without permission, or interfere with the website's security
• Collect data from the website in bulk by automated means, or overload it
• Upload viruses or harmful code

9. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Our liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Thai law.
